Delivery Time
All orders that require freight will be emailed tracking information once the parcel has been dispatched from GNAMA boutique by our trusted postage partners; Most orders arrive within 5-7 working days of order being confirmed. An order confirmation SMS/Email will be sent to you, post which an SMS/Email notification will be sent, once your order is shipped.
We provide free shipping on all orders.
Evening Wear styles are handcrafted on a made-to-order basis in selected colours and sizes. Each garment has a production time frame which is noted within the product description. Production commences once your order has been processed. We do not offer a custom design service or accept any requests to alter garments.

GNAMA website payment system is secure, protected and convenient. We support all major domestic and international credit cards, debit cards, wallets and banks for net banking.
GNAMA strives to produce timeless designs for you to love for now and for years to come. In the case that you are not completely happy with your order, GNAMA gladly offers exchanges along with credit notes that are valid for 7 days after returns Please note, refunds are not available unless a garment is deemed faulty by GNAMA team. All returns must be processed by the customer.
